2 cups sugar
2/3 cup sweet milk
2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
1/2 stick butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
pinch of salt
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients expect for nuts in heavy pan.
Stir until it starts to boil.
Boil until reaches the soft ball stage.
Set aside, and let cool
When lukewarm, beat by hand until creamy.
Add nuts.
Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
