Oatmeal Raisin Banana Apple Cookies

3 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate (thawed)
2 whole over-ripe banans
1 1/2 cup raisins (the new, juicy baking raisins are good!)

Mush up the banana. Mix in the apple juice concentrate and stir well. Add this to the oats and mix well. Add raisins. Grab handfuls and form into balls. Flatten slightly and put onto baking pan sprayed with non-stick spray (or whatever you use). They will not rise or spread so make them look the way you want them to. Bake 375°F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
