Candy Suckers

2 cups sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon flavoring (lemon, cherry, what ever you wish)
confectioner's sugar for dusting

Stir sugar, corn syrup and water in saucepan.
Heat at medium-high, until sugar has dissolved
Boil until 300o F hard ball stage (DON'T STIR)
Remove from heat
Stir in flavoring
Pour onto molds
Let cool
Dust with confectioner's sugar
Wrap with plastic
