Krumkaker — Cone shaped cookie

½ cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup sweet cream
3 eggs
½ tsp ground cardamom
2 cups flour

Mix ingredients together in order listed. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a preheated krumkaker iron. Close iron and press together tightly. Bake until golden brown. Remove from iron and roll into cone shape immediately. Serve plain or filled with whipped cream.
