Swedish Nut Cake

Cake: 2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, not drained
½ cup chopped walnuts

Cream Cheese Frosting: 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
1 still butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ¾ cup powdered sugar
½ cup walnuts

Put all ingredients for cake in bowl; mix by hand. Bake at 350º in a 13 x 9 inch pan for 35-45 minutes. Leave in pan and frost cake while still warm with Cream Cheese Frosting. (Beat all ingredients for frosting with mixer until creamy)
