Eggnog Crisps

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1-1/2 teaspoons brandy extract
1-1/2 cups cake flour
1/2 cup ground pecans
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1-3/4 cups "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits
36 pecan halves

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add egg and brandy extract.

Combine flour, ground pecans and nutmeg; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits.

Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets; top each with 1 pecan half.

Bake 10 to 11 minutes or until edges turn light golden. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets.

Makes 3 dozen
